Commercial Bank of Ethiopia New Headquaters

The Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Headquarter is a recently completed commercial development, built by the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia and located in Addis Ababa.

The building was launched in the first quarter of 2022 after a 5 year construction period. At a height of over 209 meters consisting of 53 floors and a gross built up area of approximately 165,000 square meters, the building has been dubbed the  tallest building in East Africa. 

The whole office complex consists of the tower, 2 five-storey podiums having a commercial area and a conference center. The tower will serve as the new headquarters of the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia and the other areas will feature unique facilities and services including:

• Shopping Mall

• Cinema

• Exhibition, 

• Restaurant and cafeteria,

• Gymnasium,

• Spa, 

• Children entertainment and game areas amongst many others.

The Main Contractor of this project is China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) ,a top contractor in the real estate industry who is also involved in the construction of one of the tallest buildings in Nairobi; the Pinnacle Tower.
